SPICKY PIPE CLEANERS ~ Perfect for wrapping wool to make arms, legs, animals and more.
These Pipe Cleaners are unique. Though not visible beneath the fluff are tiny little metal wires, which will catch onto the wool when winding around. No more wool sliding up and down.
Length 17cm
This ECO punching pad is great for needle felting. It is made of firm foam rubber, so you won't have little patches coming off, at least not for a good while, unlike softer sponges. The pad comes in a purple colour (used to be blue)
Available in 3 sizes
small: 10x15cm Medium: 20x15cm Large: 20x30cm
Why ECO?
Until now punch pads were made out of polyurethane using a chemical production process.
Our producer developed a new production process which excludes the needed chemicals; using a vacuum technique instead. They are using a raw material with a partly biological origin. (50%)
STAR NEEDLE FOUR SIDED Fine (Gauge 38) The higher the Gauge, the finer the needle.
This 38 gauge star 4-sided needle is great when working with fine merino wool. This 4-sided needle has a body with extra barbs, compared to the 3-sided triangular one, which makes the needle felting quicker.
To avoid braking: Puncture, don’t wiggle!
Please note that the felting needles are fragile. Make sure that you always puncture the needle at the same angle and take it out the same way. Avoid lateral tension, do not wiggle! It is advisable to always have some extra needles in stock, especially if you are a beginner.
These needles are extremely sharp and should only be used with children under adult supervision.
STAR NEEDLE Fine (Gauge 40) The higher the Gauge, the finer the needle.
This needle is a great no-nonsense needle. This needle is designed in a star/crown, rather than a triangle it has fine ridges, leaving no holes while working. Great for sculpting, detail work, smoothing out surfaces. If you are looking for an all-around-needle, this is the one! I found the star needle 40 gauge perfect for fine work. It doesn't leave any holes and is a perfect universal needle.

TRIANGULAR NEEDLE rough (32 gauge) The higher the Gauge the finer the needle.
A good Needle for coarse to medium fine wool, intended for the rapid and overall modeling of a basic shape. This is a good needle for attaching pieces and large surfaces. When working with fine material this needle will create visible punctures.

TWISTED NEEDLE (fine, 40 gauge) The higher the Gauge, the finer the needle.
With this felting needle the barbs are placed on twisted ribs. This allows you to use the entire cross-section of the needle, not just three or four lanes as with a straight-line needle. This makes this needle work more effectively and therefore faster.

TRIANGULAR NEEDLE Extra Fine (Gauge 43) The higher the Gauge, the finer the needle.
Very suitable for finer work, but especially useful, when working with FLAX and HEMP Fibres. For very fine wool, for application work on delicate felt work such as silk and felting very fine details.

TRIANGULAR NEEDLE Fine (Gauge 40) The higher the Gauge, the finer the needle.
Very suitable for finer work, but especially useful, when working with FLAX and HEMP Fibres. The 36 Gauge is a bit too rough for plant fibres, when working with those, go for the finer needles.
